Last night, I made Japanese Miso Ramen (no, not Top Ramen).
Matt was impressed! I don't really know how it's supposed to taste, but he said it was good broth (from scratch...sort of...plus miso paste). I know it's nothing like authentic ramen in Japan, but it's pretty good for us Orem-ers. ;)...and yes, this is the final castle on Wii Mario! Woo Woo!
We made it to the front doors last night. What an accomplishment.
