We made...

...crepes! Finally! I bought the pan 5 months ago and finally used it. We had the Maris family over and it was sooo fun....and SO good!

We struggled a litte with the first few.

Ok honey... I need a BAKING lesson. I can cook great, but when it comes to any kind of bread I struggle. Those look SO divine!!!

Oh Yum-O! I need to make crepes sometimes soon, yours looked so good. Those pitas look amazing!I was actually thinking about making some, but havn't gotten around to it or even looked up a recipe for it, maybe you can give me your pita recipe. Kono and Granite would love those doughnut muffins.
Oh btw, I found organic agave nectar at Flag Walmart (of all places and about $4 something for a decent size). We had it with buckwheat pancakes this morning, it was good. It tastes like honey pancake syrup. I guess all the hype about it is that it has a low glycemic index so it doesn't raise your blood sugar as quickly as sugar and other sweeteners.
